Tree Planting:
We examine
each site to maximize the success of each planting. Proper planting
techniques are always used, with shape, color, scent and proper growing
conditions taken into consideration as well. Both exotic and native
species can be used to beautify your home and yard. |

Tree Pruning:
Using
non-invasive pruning techniques, we can go where many others cannot.
Because we don't use large trucks or machinery for pruning, you won't
see the damage they often leave behind. In fact, you may not even
be able to tell we've been there at all! |

Tree Removal:
Each tree removal requires careful and detailed examination to safely
remove limbs, fell the tree, and remove the remaining material. After
we dig and grind the stump and reseed the area, there will be no sign
of the old tree. |

Integrated
Landscape Design: After
determining your overall objectives, we prepare a comprehensive plan
for the landscape project. We will look closely at such aspects as
movement through the landscape, privacy, focal points in and around
the landscape, lighting, colors, textures, and scents. Landscapes
can include lawn areas, flower beds, vegetable gardens, trees, walkways,
patios, water gardens, and walls. |

Landscape
Construction: We
select, locate, and plant trees, shrubs, and flowers. The new plantings
are then surrounded by a mulch bed to eliminate weed growth. |

Lawn Installation:
A soil test is taken to learn the specific chemistry of your yard
in order to maximize grass growth. The yard is graded and rakes and
rocks removed. The site is fertilized, seeded and covered with chopped
straw. Each homeowners is given detailed maintenance instructions
to care for their lawn. Sod installation and hydro-seeding are also
available. |

Patios
& Walkways: Complete
and integrated design services are available for any sized project.
We lay out and install all types of walks and patios, using a variety
of block including pavers, flagstone, and cobblestone. Catalogs are
available to help you choose specific block types. |

Retaining
Walls: Wall
location, material selection, excavation, foundation and construction
are all done by D&S Treescapes specialists. |

Gardens: Water
feature installations include design, layout, excavation, waterproofing,
pump installation and final finishing. |

Lighting: Area
surveys are conducted, then a lighting plan is designed. Light fixtures
are selected and placed to properly illuminate and create the desired
